Treatment for Chocolate Cyst

Traditional Treatment:
Chocolate Cyst is the most difficult benign tumor to be treated. It adheres everywhere, sloshes around and the disease gets worse and worse during each menstruation. And it is easily relapsed. Neither Chinese Medicine nor western one is effective. Laparotomy is traumatic and slow for recovering and it causes serious adhesion, which aggravates the illness. Thus a laparotomy is not suggested. Surgery like hysterectomy, ovariectomy has cured many patients, but organ removal brings about much sufferings to women.

Antai’s Treatment:
Beijing Antai Hospital has first-class endoscope experts domestically and world-class medical equipments. Antai performs cyst dissection under micro-laparoscope and cover it with a biotic anti-sticking film. Antai guarantees that neither laparotomy nor ovariectomy would be taken, which would not pollute abdominal cavity or relapse. And it does not affect fertility either.Families are allowed to watch during the operation. A disc that video recording the operation process would be given to the patient as well.

Treatment for Teratoma
Traditional Treatment:
Teratoma Laparotomy that has small field of vision which makes it difficult to operate the surgery. Teratoma tissue cannot be dissected completely with this method.

Antai’s Treatment: To strip teratoma tissue with laparoscope, which does not pollute abdominal cavity, leave scar, remove ovaries or affect fertility.

Treatment for Serous Cyst and Mucinous Cyst

Traditional Treatment:

Antai’s Treatment: Interventional Ultrasound — To install a puncture rack onto vaginal probe and then penetrate the puncture needle into the ovarian cyst for liquid suction under ultrasound guidance. And then inject some drug that makes the cyst atrophy. This method is also applicable to patients who do not suffer dysmenorrhea or do not have the requirement for fertility.Removal of fluid could not only cure the cyst, but also help identify nature of the disease. The advantage is to put diagnosis and treatment together and also there is no need to be hospitalized.
