Fetal development during the first month of pregnancy

 
Diagram of fetal development: The fetus is about a few millimeters long, just like little seahorses. At this stage the spine and neural groove are forming, you may experience tiredness, pyrexia, intolerance of cold, and other early pregnancy symptoms.

Fetal circle in the first month of pregnancy:

 
Heart: The embryo starts beating at the 3rd week. 
 
Skin: There is a layer of membrane on the cells, which is translucent and permeable, later will develop into skin.
 
Size: Around the 1st month of gestation, the entire embryo (from head to hips) is about 2cm long and weighs about 3g.
